About

I am a surprisingly introverted wife and mom of two awesome boys.  I’ve practiced yoga since high school, but became more diligent about practicing regularly to help manage both postpartum and work-related stress.  I find that I want to smack people less after a good yoga and meditation session.  I achieved a 200 RYT certification in 2015 and have been teaching ever since.

My primary career is as a 5th grade elementary school teacher.  I love to bring yoga and mindfulness to the students and staff at my school.  I like to bring my bubbly personality into my personal home practice as well as my classes.  I like to adventure with trying new sequences that challenge me both physically and mentally.  Sometimes, moving slowly and mindfully can be more difficult than completing a vinyasa sequence.
